Here are some other interesting facts about Kelley:

Investment interests:
Technology, Energy & International Investing

Special interests in general:
At a young age, I took an interest in finance. This not only made me the investor I strive to be today, but also created a strong financial discipline that I hold in my personal life. That is why I felt it was important to pass on these values to the younger children in my big Irish family and hope to expand my outreach in the future.

Schooling, the university, fraternity/sorority, school is best known for, location, anything about your schooling or your school that is interesting:
I graduated from Texas State University, formally known as Southwest, with a BBA in accounting. Texas State is located in San Marcos, which is part of the hill country of Texas. The environment was amazing for new minds with remarkable professors and a campus full of activities to open students to new perspectives. The school spirit was strong, which made the football games even more exciting to attend. I remember some weekends when you could hear the stadium from the dorm window.

Hobbies, extracurricular activities, sports, sport enthusiast, etc.:
With my free time, I love to travel as much as possible. There is something to be said for first-hand experiences in different parts of the world, and how they shape your investment perspective. I’m also a big fan of the Houston Astros, so Go Stros! When I was younger, I played softball year around so any sporting activity is ok by me… especially anything to do with water. I’m a big music enthusiast, and always searching for new artists or concerts to attend. I can’t forget about my love for food, which transitions into trying new recipes and keeping an open-mind with new foods.
